Bob Harvey has lived in Montgomery County for nearly 18 years. Raised in a politically engaged family, he developed a lifelong appreciation for civic responsibility—values that carried him through more than four decades of leadership in the global oil and gas industry.
Throughout his career, Harvey managed large-scale operations, multi-million-dollar budgets, and international projects, working closely with governments, industry partners, and community stakeholders. His experience brings a business-focused, results-driven approach to county leadership.
