5th Annual Vintage Car Festival

31st Annual General Sam Houston Folk Festival

When: May 18 – 20, 2018

Time: May 18 – 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; May 19 – 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; May 20 – Noon – 5:00 p.m.

The Sam Houston Memorial Museum’s fifteen-acre grounds are transformed into a bustling Texas frontier settlement where you can watch historical reenactments and demonstrators, listen to live music, sip some homemade root beer, share a bag of kettle corn, shop for crafts or simply stroll the homestead where Sam and Margaret Houston lived and the place their children played. Festival admission includes the May 19th-20th: 19th Annual Texas State Knife & Tomahawk Championship held on the North end of the Sam Houston Memorial Museum grounds.

Livingston Trade Days

When: Friday, May 18 – Sunday, May 20, 2018

Admission: FREE admission and parking

Open year-round on the weekend before the third Monday of each month.  Livingston Trade Days is held in beautiful Pedigo Park surrounded by picturesque East Texas Pines. Two large covered pavilions and a multitude of open-air lots host a wide variety of local food, arts & crafts, hunting accessories, tools, collectibles, unique clothing, jewelry, shabby chic, antiques, and so much more.
