Most individuals cannot speak, and they will require care for their entire lives. Fundraising is more important than ever before as research has revealed possible treatment/cure of symptoms related to Angelman’s.

Participants are encouraged to register in advance online at (click the Walk tab for the Houston walk), or call 1-800-432-6435, or you can register the day of the event. For more information about the Walk, contact Debbie Sukin at For more information about the Angelman Syndrome Foundation, visit
