Southern Star Brews Again: Is the Third Pour the Charm?
On Frazier Street, just north of Conroe, the pine trees greet you in their same friendly fashion, the way they've done so going on two decades now, before opening up to the secluded taproom of The Southern Star Brewing Company, where you can hear the particular hum of a hundred conversations at once and laughter that carries. Southern Star Brewing Company has already lived more than one life on this stretch of Montgomery County. This spring, for a few weeks, it looked like it had lived its last.
