Gillespie County Historical Society Historic Home Tour

Tour eight Fredericksburg properties in any order. Stops include the restored 1855 First Methodist Church sanctuary, 1850s and 1870s pioneer homes, a 1920 judge's house, early 1900s homes on West Schubert Street, and newer homes. The ticket also covers admission to the Pioneer Museum for the day. When: Saturday, Nov. 21. The museum and historic sanctuary open at 10 a.m., and the homes are open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The tour goes on rain or shine. Where: Start at the Pioneer Museum, 325 W. Main St., Fredericksburg, TX 78624. Tour home addresses are listed on the museum's tour page. Parking is first come, first served near each home; there is no shuttle. Cost: $40, no child discounts (infants in arms free). Tickets are non-refundable. There is no holiday market this year.
