44th Jefferson Candlelight Tour of Homes

Tour historic homes in Jefferson, the old East Texas river port, decorated for Christmas and lit by candlelight. Featured homes include the Dotson-King House at 312 N. Walnut Street, with more special attractions around town. One ticket lets you visit the homes at your own pace on any tour date. It is for history lovers, families and day-trippers. When: Thursday, Dec. 3, 3 to 7 p.m.; Friday, Dec. 4, 4 to 8 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 5, 4 to 8 p.m. The tour repeats Dec. 10 to 12 on the same hours.
