MECA Día de Muertos Festival

MECA (Multicultural Education and Counseling through the Arts) hosts its free two-day Día de Muertos Festival on its art-filled campus at the Historic Dow School in Houston's Old Sixth Ward. The celebration of Latin American folk-art traditions includes an ofrendas/altar exhibition, children's art activities, artist and artisan vendors, festival food and three performance stages.
