SnowFest Festival and Tree Lighting 2026

SnowFest is one of Missouri City's longest-running traditions. The afternoon festival at the City Hall Complex has a giant snow hill, carnival rides, a holiday market, pictures with Santa Claus, food, games and entertainment. The night ends with the tree lighting and a fireworks show. Earlier the same day, the city holds the SnowFest Shuffle fun run at 8 a.m. at the Recreation and Tennis Center, where a toy donation replaces the entry fee, and the SnowFest Parade at 9 a.m. along Cartwright Road. This listing covers the afternoon festival. When: Saturday, Dec. 5, 2026, 3 to 8 p.m. Where: Missouri City Hall Complex, 1522 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, TX 77489. Cost: Free.
