San Antonio Marathon 2026

San Antonio's big downtown running weekend. The full marathon is USATF-certified and a Boston Marathon qualifier, and there is also a half marathon. Both start and finish at Hemisfair, with a finish-line fiesta. The weekend opens with the nighttime SATX 5K on Friday. Runners get a participant shirt and a finisher medal, and the San Antonio Road Runners lead the pace teams. Spectators can cheer along the course for free. When: Marathon and half marathon on Sunday, Dec. 6, start at 7:15 a.m. The marathon has a 7-hour time limit and the half has a 4-hour limit.
