65th Texas Jazz Festival

The 65th Texas Jazz Festival, billed as the longest-running free jazz festival in the country, fills downtown Corpus Christi's Heritage Park. Local, national and international jazz acts play three stages, with food vendors, food trucks, artisan booths and a beer and wine garden. Friday, Oct. 16: 5 PM – midnight Saturday, Oct. 17: noon – 12:30 AM Sunday, Oct. 18: noon – 6 PM Admission: free. Bring lawn chairs (seating is limited) and cash (cards carry a 5% fee). Leashed pets welcome; free park-and-ride available.
