February 2024: From the Managing Editor

February is one of my favorite months since it is packed with so many fun things to do.  This year the month of February is even more memorable since it gains an extra day with the Leap Year.  Every week is packed with events beginning with Super Bowl Sunday, followed by Mardi Gras, Valentine’s Day, our famous Houston BBQ Cook-Off and parades followed by the beginning of our Rodeo.  It is no wonder this is considered the month of love. I encourage everyone to show some love to our community and always shop local whenever possible.  Together we will build a better tomorrow with all our support in the great community we live.
