LIBRARY FRIENDS OF CONROE HOST FALL BOOK SALE

The Library Friends of Conroe is hosting the annual Book Sale from October 5-7 at the
Montgomery County Central Library located at 104 Interstate 45N, in Conroe.

The sale features fiction and non-fiction books as well as a wide variety of Children’s and Young Adult books. The non-fiction selection includes something for everyone, no matter your interests or hobbies. Many specialty and collectable books will be featured as well.
Hours for the sale are:

4 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 5
9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Friday, October 6
9 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 7

Books will be priced at $1.00 for hardbacks; $.50 for paperbacks; and $.25 for Children’s and Young Adult books.

On Saturday, an additional sale of $5.00 for a bag of books will be offered. Bags will be
provided. Payment is cash or check with Texas DL. No credit cards will be accepted.

The purpose of the Library Friends of Conroe, Inc. is to provide ongoing assistance to the
Montgomery Central Library in Conroe through the sale of gently used books and other
materials donated by the public. These funds are used to sponsor educational programs, and other services such as programs for children of multicultural and diverse backgrounds. The Library Friends of Conroe is the only source of additional support and funding for the Central Library’s programs and services.

The Library Friends of Conroe, Inc., is a 501© (3) not for profit organization, so designated by the Internal Revenue Service and is not part of the Montgomery County Library system.
