Apple Salad

  • 4 large apples, diced
  • 2 bananas, diced
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. Vinegar

Combine apples, bananas and marshmallows. Blend sugar, salt, egg, butter and vinegar. Cook in top of double boiler until thickened; cool. Pour dressing over apple mixture; serve on lettuce, if desired. 8 servings.
