July 4: Attend the July Fourth celebration at Unity Park

The annual celebration includes a children’s bicycle parade beginning at 5:30 p.m. with helmets awarded to first-and second-place winners. Fireworks will start at dusk. The Woodlands Farmer’s Market at Grogan’s Mill was established in 2008 as “The Grogan’s Mill Farmer’s Market,” a weekly community event sponsored by the Grogan’s Mill Village Association. The market typically closes only one Saturday during the year, the Saturday between Christmas and New Year’s Day. If you drive to the market, you will find the village center has plenty of parking. If you choose to walk or ride your bike, it is located just off of the Mill Bend Trail with direct access under Grogan’s Mill Rd. For more information call 281-210-3887.

25th Annual Red, Hot & Blue Festival & Fireworks Extravaganza

Where: Town Green Park & along The Woodlands Waterway

Celebrate freedom in The Woodlands with great food, live entertainment, children’s activities and family fun at multiple locations around The Woodlands!The event culminates with one of the largest fireworks displays in the Greater Houston area.All sites will feature live music beginning at 6:00 p.m. with bands playing until the Fireworks Extravaganza at approximately 9:30 p.m. For the comfort and safety of all attendees, oversized beach umbrellas and pop-up tents are not permitted at the Festival.
