Camille, graduating from Lone Star College with a degree in accounting, heads up as office manager as well as keeping financials in order. Although Camille is DPG’s newest addition, she has over 20 years of experience in customer service in the food and event industry. Clients are always welcomed with a big smile. She is a part of the DPG family and is directly related to their success.
DPG is also very proud to have Matthew as their construction/project manager. Matthew brings over 35 years of experience in every aspect of pool construction. Many of DPG’s jobs are very difficult and need expertise like Matthew has to manage them. He has the ability to communicate with subcontractors and help homeowners mitigate stress by updating them on upcoming schedules and changes.
Lana (daughter of Dan and Debbie) is often everyone’s “go-to” person. She handles most of the advertising and event planning, along with promotional materials for all of their donations and sponsorships. Lana is hard working and has an excellent work ethic. You will see Lana in the office, on job sites, and assisting Matthew with equipment. As she learns the pool industry, she will definitely be integral to the Next Generation DPG family business.
Also, a daughter of Dan and Debbie, DPG is proud to have Shelley with her 20 years’ experience in pool design, sales, service and maintenance management, as well as project management. She’s knowledgeable in interior design and home construction. Shelley designs/sells pools and works with clients to perfectly match their materials with their entire project. She also handles all permitting and POA approvals.
Lastly, when partnering with DPG you’ll likely work with their stellar Sales Representative, Steve. With over 40 years of experience in design and sales, Steve has been around pool construction and understands the business. He excels in the customers’ vision and delivers!

The Process
When you decide to invest in a custom pool, contact is made to set up a meeting to come to your home and discuss the features, likes, dislikes, and budget for the pool you are considering. They will evaluate your backyard, topography, the architecture of your home, focal and access points, family needs/usage, tree locations, locate utilities, check for easements, and a number of other things. It will be necessary to have a site or plot plan of your house and property available for their consultant.
Following the initial consultation, your designer will return to the office and design a custom pool to incorporate all the features and benefits which were discussed. They will then contact you to schedule an appointment to come to their office/showroom for a no-pressure, professional presentation of your custom Dominion Pool concept. While in the showroom you will be able to see the many samples of the materials being suggested such as tile, coping, deck, and plaster.
When going through the design process you will be able to see exactly what your pool will look like as each project can be designed with interactive 3-D computer software which allows the designer to create vivid presentations that will give you a clear understanding of the project in extraordinary detail. Dominion Pool Group can simulate how your pool will look at different parts of the day, and from different angles. Essentially, if you want to know what your pool will look like from your second-story balcony at 8:00 pm, Dominion Pool Group can do that too.
