We want to recognize our beloved Regional Manager – Mrs. Rhonda Cavalier for her 30 year anniversary with State Farm!!

Mrs. Rhonda is one of our incredible leaders and a very big part of why our team is so special. There is not a problem she can’t solve, there is not a client too big or too small that she doesn’t absolutely love AND her commitment to State Farm is rare and unwavering!

Most days she is our Regional Manager, but some days she is the office mom, some days she is the boss, sometimes she is our IT specialist and some days she is our top producer! Many times she is our customer service specialist and every now and then she keeps Jimmy in check! Other days she is our agency psychiatrist, yet other days she is our schedule coordinator, all while remaining the leader of our agency management team; AND despite having to wear so many hats for so many days……..she is deeply
committed to our clients, our team and State Farm.
