No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 /4 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. heavy whipped cream
- 4 C. blueberries
- Beat cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl.
- Fold the cream cheese in the whipped cream.
- Place 1 C. blueberries on crust.
- Pour cream cheese mixture.
- Top cream cheese with blueberries.
- Chill in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
